About Qiana
She forged her own path, then built one for others.
Born and raised in Gary, Indiana, Qiana built a career in federal law enforcement and a community that helps women lead, heal and grow.

Her story
Creating the space she needed.
Qiana was born and raised in Gary, Indiana. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology, Sociology and Criminology, as well as a Master of Arts in Public Policy and Administration. In 2020, she earned professional coaching certifications in life, goal setting, career and happiness from Transformation Academy Life Coaching. In 2025, she earned another certification from the John Maxwell Leadership Program, offering coaching, training, workshops, seminars and keynote speaking to aid in personal and professional growth to individuals, organizations and companies worldwide. Qiana also earned a certification in Leading Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in 2021 from Northwestern University.
Qiana's professional career began as a municipal Police Officer in 2001. She later transitioned into her dream career as a Special Agent with the United States federal government in 2007 and currently has almost 20 years of Federal Law Enforcement experience. She moved into a leadership role in the government in 2018. Early on, she realized the importance of forging her own path and building strategic alliances, as she noted the absence of such throughout her career. This journey sparked her passion for creating safe, empowering spaces, not only for herself but for other women as well, which led to the founding of Wholelistic for Her LLC, a women's wellness group.
What started in 2012 as a small social networking group of 12 women has since evolved. In 2018, Qiana expanded her vision by launching the business arm of Wholelistic for Her, offering individual and group coaching, virtual and in-person wellness workshops, and curated domestic and international wellness retreats. Rooted in the principles of empowerment, self-care, growth and development, the organization has grown to include more than 1,400 members nationwide.
Qiana has served as a keynote speaker and panelist across various platforms within her community and the federal government. Her ongoing commitment to empowering women and advancing diversity, equity and inclusion continues to inspire and uplift women across the country.
